Another Quiet Day

Post-Hiatus Hijinks

I believe it was Napoleon that said: "Never ascribe to malice that which is adequately explained by incompetence."

I suppose that, in the spirit of said quotation, I should exclaim, announce and generally advertise to the outside world a state of evil devoidness and that the only reason for my hiatus was an utter and complete lack of competence.

That would fly.

Unfortunately the truth is a harsh mistress and I must confess that I am driven by pure, thoroughbred evil, handed down generation after generation of Icelandic bastards who dedicated their lives to the promotion and nurture of evil as one of the primal forces of our universe.

Anyway, with that out of the way I suppose I could offer an explanation.

Something to the effect that I spent the summer working on my Ph.D, moving house, preparing a series of lectures, redesigning this web-site (I'll upload the new design soon) and trying to do some research for my future plans of action.

But giving an explanation wouldn't be evil now would it?

So I won't.
